A few things worth knowing
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. An upgrade takes effect straight away. A downgrade or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you never lose something you paid for.
- What happens to my history if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. Members past the new limit keep their history and can still sign in, they just cannot be registered for a Game. Season standings older than the plan keeps are hidden rather than removed, and upgrading brings them straight back.
- Who pays?
- The Club Owner, and each Club is billed separately. Players and Hosts never pay anything and never see a price.
- Can I get a refund?
- We do not refund a period you have already paid for, and we do refund our own mistakes. Your consumer rights are untouched. The full rules are in the Terms of Service.
